Early Bruce Weber built Bitterroot f-style mandolin, that features a blonde finish (top), excellent sound and good appointments. Priced to move!
Specs:
Solid Spruce (likely Sitka) top, Mahogany back/sides/neck in satin lacquer finish. Single ply Ivoroid bound top, parallel tone bars, flat Ebony fretboard with diamond inlays, 1-1/8″ nut width, Ebony Brekke bridge and nickel hardware includes; cast Weber tailpiece and Schaller tuning gears.
Excellent condition, particularly considering she’s twenty-three years old. Has a 3/16″ scratch into the wood to the bass side of the strings combined with light pick scratches. Finish is somewhat worn, likely from one of those stupid arm rest contraptions. Also some finish worn away of the bass side of the neck at the fretboard. Some fret wear, but on the light side.
Includes oblong TKL hard shell case. Trades gladly considered on this fine American made instrument.
